HOW GOOD IS YOUR CONTRACT?

The only valid measure of how good a labor agreement is what the union members who live under it think.  If it is overwhelmingly ratified and used, it is a great contract.  A less valid measure is to compare your contract to others around government, but that does not mean other contracts are without value.

They give you an idea of how other bargaining teams are solving problems.  So, FEDSMILL.com has found links to contracts from some very prominent bargaining units around the government and included them below for whatever use you want to make of them.   We are not saying these are the best, the newest, or even most useful models for you to copy.  You decide what value to get out of them.
