WE’RE HOOKING UP (FMLA and Disability Retirement)

Look over to the right side of the page and you will find we have added two new links that will help you find answers quickly for your members. 

The first is to a blog site that we think does a very good job helping union reps research FMLA questions.  It is called “The FMLA Blog” and is run by an arbitrator with a passion for that area of law.  Check it out the right-side column titled “Categories” which puts you a click away from the latest case law on specific FMLA issues.

The next newly-added link is to a blog site specializing in information about federal employee disability retirement.  It is titled, “FERS and CSRS Disability Retirement” and run by an attorney who specializes in helping federal employees.  His categories are listed on the left-side of his page.

We bloggers have a lot to offer union reps and FEDSMILL.com will try to find of the best sites and add them for your convenience.
