The Windmill

For those of you wondering why the graphic of a windmill sits atop the web page, here is the answer.  Windmills are powered by invisible forces moving through our world and convert those forces into useable power for the larger good.  FEDSMILL is similarly  powered by equally invisible ideas rippling through the labor-management environment from many sources, and if it does its job as intended those ideas will be converted into more useable power for the thousands of union practitioners and their members.
